The Department of Marketing is carefully designed and structured to provide a professional touch to the customer-oriented view of every organisation. Acknowledging that no matter how outstanding a Company’s product may be, there is always a need to effective marketing. This Department seeks to train professional, who will not only contribute by bringing knowledge for well-crafted products, but will complement the endeavour of Management to achieve all possible marketing objectives. Utilizing resources and competences from both private and public sector, academic and corporate milieu, national and international horizons will provide the most needed resources capable to meet the desired expectations Mission Statement: The Department has as a mission to provide knowledge and skills necessary to envisage societal needs and wants, translate into feasible products that are capable of satisfying customers in every given community. This is achieved by equipping the students with knowledge from a well-balanced and structured curriculum for a three year training programme, series of internships and other professional training opportunities. This is achieved within the values of professionalism, integrity and objectivity without compromising the vision of the Cameroonian of emergence and digitalization. Objectives: The main objective of the Department of marketing is to train students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to provide them with knowhow and knowledge in marketing, while developing their analytical and critical thinking skill.
